We are currently seeking passionate, skilled, and motivated individuals for the following positions: CRM Manager, Web Developer, Social Media Manager, and Video Editor. Each role plays a key part in helping us achieve our mission by supporting our operations, enhancing our digital presence, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and partners.

Position 1: CRM Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Manager to oversee and optimize our customer relationship management systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth data flow, enhance donor and client engagement, and support Elevate’s mission of empowering Ivorians through economic and educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Mailchimp).

Track donor, partner, and client engagement, ensuring accurate and updated records.

Build and automate workflows for outreach, fundraising, and project tracking.

Generate reports on CRM performance, donor retention, and campaign impact.

Train team members on CRM usage and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of CRM management or related experience.

Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel).

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising and donor engagement is a plus.


Position 2: Web Developer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Developer to manage, improve, and maintain Elevate Côte d'Ivoire’s digital platforms. The role requires ensuring functionality, accessibility, and a user-friendly design that supports our mission of providing opportunities and driving social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain websites for Elevate and its initiatives.

Optimize site performance, security, and SEO.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design landing pages and donation portals.

Integrate CRM, eCommerce, and third-party platforms for seamless operations.

Monitor analytics to improve web traffic and user engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in web development (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Understanding of web security and optimization best practices.

Knowledge of SEO and digital integrations (payment gateways, CRM).

Strong problem-solving abilities and creative design sense.

Experience in nonprofit or social impact organizations is an advantage.


Position 3: Social Media Manager

Job Overview:
We are searching for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead Elevate Côte d'Ivoire’s online presence. This role focuses on creating content, building community engagement, and growing awareness of our mission to empower underprivileged Ivorians.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with Elevate’s goals.

Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

Engage with followers, clients, donors, and partners to foster meaningful relationships.

Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for greater impact.

Collaborate with the video editor and graphic design team for creative content.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of social media management experience.

Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).

Strong writing and storytelling skills.

Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies.

Creativity, adaptability, and alignment with Elevate’s social mission.


Position 4: Video Editor

Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce impactful videos that tell Elevate Côte d'Ivoire’s story. This role plays a key part in our outreach, marketing, and fundraising efforts, using visual storytelling to highlight our mission and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and training programs.

Add graphics, captions, sound, and animations to enhance storytelling.

Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on campaign content.

Ensure all videos reflect Elevate’s brand, mission, and quality standards.

Manage and organize media assets for future use.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).

Strong creative vision and attention to detail.

Ability to tell compelling stories through video.

Familiarity with social media video formats and trends.

Experience working on nonprofit or community-focused projects is a plus.
