We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our operations, ensuring smooth communication, administrative efficiency, and excellent client relations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Administrative Support: Manage schedules, emails, and appointments for executives and team members.
Communication Management: Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Document Handling: Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist with content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with our audience across platforms.
Data Entry & Research: Collect and organize data related to projects, market trends, and business development.
Customer & Partner Relations: Provide support to clients, donors, and partners, ensuring a positive experience.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning virtual and in-person events, including scheduling and logistics.
Project Management Support: Help track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion is a plus.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
Language: English (written and spoken) is required.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the nonprofit sector or social impact initiatives.
Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, etc.).
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) for marketing materials.
